OG答案选E。但是为什么不能选C呢？

如果是E：......., the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales it would in the past have conceded to rivals.(这句话的句子结构是不是在it would前面省略了that，这个定语从句的that能省略么？that也做了conceded的宾语吧？能不能帮忙分析一下句子结构呢？）

如果是C：......., the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales that in the past would have been conceded previously ot revals.(that引导的定语从句修饰mass market sales啊，难道不选C的原因就是OG上说的previously和in the past重复以及被动语态的模棱两可？）

的确是省略了that concede sth to rivals 这边that做sth。在定语从句中如果that做宾语最好省略。但是如果是宾语从句that不可以省略。

句子结构分析：
the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales 【that】 it would in the past have conceded to rivals.
=the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales it would in the past have conceded 【that】to rivals.
=the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales， it would in the past have conceded 【the mass market sales】 to rivals.

如果是C：......., the company has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales that in the past would have been conceded previously ot revals.(that引导的定语从句修饰mass market sales啊，难道不选C的原因就是OG上说的previously和in the past重复以及被动语态的模棱两可？）

我觉得是的。我看到C第一个排除的原因就是因为previously和In the past重复，然后主动比被动好。特别是在有对比的情况下，其他选项都用主动就你这个用被动，而其他用主动的选项没有明显的correctiveness的错误时，优先选主动
