这道题一点头绪都没有。。。只晓得A是错的。

我觉得划线最后that，那末尾肯定是concern了，b，d肯定不选了，a bing e说不上来具体那里不对，obstacle to？

估计就是obstacle to了。

A=the concern B=an obstacle
因为：文中A+that从句
所以： cite as B A
