看了之前的讨论帖，大都是在说C和D的问题但是我不知道E错在哪里

be able to 和 can 一般都可以随意互换的么

不可以，be able to 只能用于人为主语，can 可以用于物或者人

GMAT的原则是主动优先于被动。
have been a miracle 出现被动就可以先把这个选项放到一边了，有更好的就应该选择更好的答案。
