我想问一下，是不是lead to是瞬间动词，所以不可以用have？
还有，句子中的between 1876 and 1904放的位置不同，是不是也是造成句子错误的原因？
答案是A！

between 1876 and 1904 原句是修饰construction,(B)变成修饰 systems
