问下这个date为啥不能和后面的be fashioned相对应，因为是and，那么前后一定平行，应为后面的 fasion是过去时态v,那么前面的date为啥不用过去时态？谢谢

这题是不同时态的并列
date是现在发出的动作
而were fashioned 是指images of Hindu deities 在以前的某个时间就已经完成
