B 为正确选项。答案说划线部分应与Menlo High School 平行，逗号后应直接出现Menlo High School，排除A，D。排除C是因为它的后半部分wordy，这一点我认同。我想问，C的前半部分没有错么？为什么一开始答案没有因为平行问题排除掉它。难道C的开头“Menlo High School teachers” 可以么？那岂不是将Willow High School 与Menlo High School teachers 平行了么？

开头"in addition to... than Menlo High School "，而不是than Menlo High School teachers. "in addition to..."这个修饰语是说的一所学校的状况比另一所好，这里是学校与学校之间的对比，而不是老师之间的对比。所以主句开头必须是从句修饰语的主语，即另一所学校。这里考察的是修饰语主语与主句主语一致的问题。
