看到UTD申请材料里要求寄所有transcripts和diplomas and/or degree certificates过去 发邮件去问能不能用在学证明代替，得到的结果是： No it has to be the actual copy of your degree certificate diploma etc…If you’re planning on applying for spring and summer 2011 you will not be able to until you get your official documents from the Ministry of Education. 这意思是说我一定要学位证明才能申请？那怎么可能赶得上？！ 求解答。。。
