答案B，但是这个request是名词，又不是require that, 干嘛要用虚拟语气？？？

如果是 should be , should 可以省略

感谢楼上esho的回答，但是我不是不知道mandate,require等表建议命令的虚拟语气要省略should,用动词原形
而是我不知道为什么a request....that后面还要用虚拟语气？因为request只是一个名词，that只是定语从句嘛
