为什么C不对呢？有说法是seem to have done没这个用法，但又有人找到了例子说有。。。困惑。。。谢谢大家了~~

did not seem to have bothered的用法肯定是有的，用了Have bothered是把时态往前提了一层，其写法表达的意思是，have bothered发生在seem之前，而逻辑上seem和bother的发生时间是一致的，并不存在bother发生在seem之前，所以应该直接用seem to bother。
