第一就是说政府应该支持艺术，像政府要负责那些公共事业一样，这点可以说说你同不同意
第二如果你同意那么他说要有作用，政府就不能限制艺术，这点我觉得可以反驳，万一艺术产生了什么裸画，黄色音乐，暴力元素啊什么的被小孩子看到了对社会不好~
