还是比较有困惑，望NN指点（OG12_93）

包括两个比较，this year的heating oil price以及crude oil price与last year比较。
相同是宾语比较（如果我没有错误的话），为什么第一句话没有补出代词和助词(they were)，而第二句都补出（they were）?
第一句：Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year（it was）
第二句：refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they were last year

第一个比较仅仅是状语的比较this year和last year--不同点仅在状语。
第二个是主谓的比较--不同点仅在谓语。
另外比如宾语的比较：A do C1 than C2--不同点仅在宾语。
介宾的比较：A do sth of C1 by D1 than of C2 by D2--不同点仅在介宾。
