答案为D，其它问题我都明白，可是这里的do so不会产生歧义吗？虽然从意思上来看很明显地知道do so代替speak for other black people, 但结构上我觉得它既可以代替had previously emphasized 还可以代替speak for other black people甚至可以代替not speak for other black people，这样不就产生歧义了么？有多个动作的时候do so一般到底是代替哪个动作呢？
