为啥不能用过去完成时，逻辑上过去的过去已经繁荣，但是这个过去的过去的时间和civilizations in the Nile Delta 是同样的时间？而且had又平行。谢谢，。（还是划线划不出来，问下，应该怎么划）谢谢

发新帖的时候有编辑器，划线是一个选项，像word一样吧。

过去完成时不对，是因为这里没有需要比较时间先后的时间状语或逻辑意思。而且，B选项中，后面的那个had多余了。

有个问题一直没人讨论过，在这道题解析的选项上面那段话说”the clause correctly uses the simple past tense, flourished,to describe civilizations that existed simultaneously“

谁能帮我解释一下，为什么A选项中的flourished，这个一般过去式，可以表示出civilization的时间相同？

首先,这个句子,描述的是一个历实,
巴基斯坦莫亨朱达罗文明, 和, 尼罗河三角洲/(底格里斯河和幼发拉底河)流域文明,
发生在同一个时间,这个是历史,是作者无法改变的,所以用过去时来描述一段事实
然后用The same ....as 做了对比,
at time,说明fourish时间上是一样的,所以A

这两个词,在这个句子里的释义比较关键,理解对了,句子就简单了,
这是我的拙见,请G友们参考
excavation (挖掘出来的)古迹/文物
site (一个古老文明的)遗址

有个小问题如果没有没有歧义如果没有在比较重补充出助动词是不是就算错？

the site of an ancient civilization that flourished at the same time as the civilizations （did）那如果加上did呢？？？
