总是分不清插入语，和修饰成分。。。

笔记说it claims是插入语，怎么看出事插入语的？

我认为解题的key不在插入语上，如果换成to be也可以，主只要是看后面的which clause， is as long as.....和 weights 同时是which的动词，所以不能有逗号，否则weight就是前面的谓语了。

怎么辨别插入语？？
