请问，from...to 到底应该怎么用？to后面应该接动词还是名词还是动名词? 多谢

from to是介词，后面应该跟名词成分，名词和动名词都可，动词不行

第一个首先不平行，即便是要加动作，我觉得也是加两个writing

个人愚见，请指正！

在from ..to..结构中，因为两个都是介词，所以后面要加名词（普通名词或动名词）,或 doing。所以第一题的from emphasizing to expanding 是正确的。

而在第二题中，看似from..to ..结构.其实是turn away （from n.）to do 转而做某事。 to 是不定式标志。

不好意思打错了，是turn away (from n. ) to do
