大家以前都是从修饰方面来解答这道题目的，我想从句子结构来分析一下

在A中，and their families have a history of high blood pressure是和higher-than-average blood pressure 平行，修饰yongman 的，但是这里应该用短语或分句，而不是直接用句子，have和后面的are有冲突。这样也可以排除C ，runs in the family 这种表达方式不符合ETS的习惯，我好像也读不顺口，但是不知道具体的语法点是错在那里，还望大家一起讨论。

但不懂(B)與(D)句意上有何差別?

个人感觉是为了避免with短语修饰歧义提前了，同时提醒大家介词短语修饰一定要紧跟被修饰对象，儿从句修饰可以跳跃修饰。原序为：
