IMD今年参加了亚洲面试的前辈们来分享一下经验吧！

听说今年上海的面试有9个人，新加坡站有6个人。请参与了的前辈上来分享一下自己的背景和面试经历吧。

Sorry, got problem with my IME so use English to brief the experience.

Totally 8 candidates (4 Chinese, 1 French, 1 Australia, 1 Korean and 1 Malaysian)  joined in the interview which lasted from 7:30am to 5:30pm. The candidates came from different background, Mktg, Product Development, Sales, Consultant, Finance, Operation and I/T Project Manager (I forgot the background of one candidate ).

The contents of interview included One on one interview, Impromptu Presentation and group discussion on Business Case which was given 2 weeks before interview date.

The whole day interview was stressful with compact sessions at the afternoon but excited, And also was happy to meet all smart guys there while felt hungry since I ate little at lunch to avoid sleepy at afternoon session.

Tips of interview as below:

1.One-on-one interview session:

Please be familiar with your essay, prepare the normal quesitions such as " Why MBA", " Why IMD', and develop several examples of "leadership".

2.Impromptu presentation:

Make sure clear flow in your presentation, take assumptions boldly, and don't focus too much on details.

3.Case discussion:

Give your distinguished idea, demonstrate your "team-player spirit", and be focus on the given questions.
