标准差表明的是各个值距中心值之间的离散程度，既然平均值是6，加两个6，等于说加了两个能够离散程度更加集中的两个因子，因此新的标准差要比没有加这两个因子小

题目2：答案1不行，举例X=2,Y=3,X(Y+1)＝8，偶数

                      但如果X=3,Y=2,X(Y+1)=3*3=9,奇数
