我的问题全在B上。

prep给的解释是it精确指代现在通过风能产生的电力，即it指energy generated through wind power now

可是我觉得这里的it怎么会指now呢？要指应该指more than ten times energy，错也是错在10倍的能源是不可能1990年就有的

在这里看了前人的讨论，发现还是没有定论，这里我再贴几个题目

这里如果it指的是现在的economic health那肯定是错的，因为带进去就变成现在的economic health比现在的五年前的economic health更健康。

结构as is hoped, as is usual with sb . , as is natural, as is supposed, as is anticipated,
as is the custom with sb . , as is often the case 等中的as 既可视为关系代词,
相当于which, 引导定语从句, 也可视为连词, 后省略了it , 引导状语从句。例如:
He stayed late into the night , as is often the case .
( = which is often the case, = as it is often the case)
语法书上是这么说的。
所以it的指代纯粹就是胡扯了，因为不管怎么样你都是逃不掉it的指代的，这里的it只是被省略了，不是不存在！！！
个人的猜测可能是固定结构优于这样的代词指代
因为有人会像是这样死抠，看不见也就不就结了。其实RON有的时候比较误导人。。。
语法书：
连词as 可以表示一种情况也适用于另外一人、一事或一群人, 这种用法中, as 后的句子要倒装。
I fear snakes, as do most people .
