我选了E但是答案是B,我怎么都想不明白啊....

请哪位高人指点

E选项有occasionally，偶尔不等于全局，不能削弱结论的。
B可以理解为有因无果的削弱，工资不变不能导致失业下降。这个因和结论的因不一致，其实，但是用排除法也只能选它了。
