答案E，但是没有补足主语感觉不对。哪位讲讲？

than后面的主语我觉得应该也是speeds，即“than currently possible speeds are”

同意wsrabbit的意见, 省略的主语确实是speeds, 借鉴OG中的一个比较的解释, 当比较对象不言而喻的时候,就是说不用再说一遍就能知道是什么,就可以省略. 这里既然前面的speeds离得那么近,而且比较词又是high, 主语很明确了,所以省掉!

(A)    equivalent to the enrollment of
(B)    the equivalent of those enrolled in
