时态很混乱，逻辑意思不清晰。E选项的意思好像是，Moving into the first rank 是伴随着won high praise 发生的。其实句子要强调两件事，KG 来之后The Washington Post 跻身报业前列；且在她的带领下，获得了极高的赞誉。一方面，moving和won praise没有必然的联系，另一方面，E选项头重脚轻，一看就不是正确答案的面相。

我觉得楼上说的挺有道理的。关键看逻辑意思，逻辑意思上的这两点，不存在需要ing引导的哪种逻辑，而只要有and连接就行。
