我的理解是要注意since后面的主语讲的是textbook publisher，所以后面的it is inevitable that也应该讲的是与textbook publisher相关的内容，而不是突然转到groups的内容（而且前提已经说了stance on an issue is certain to run afoul of one group or another,也就是说C 这个答案只是再次提到文中的话而已）B就是个很相关的内容，而且2点前提说明了这个问题，一是个个社区都有争论content的内容，而是textbook publisher又不得不依靠个个社团去sell books，综合两点选择B。
