第一遍做没有问题.但是今天做..排了其他三个剩下B.E,最后想了 半天选E,结果是错的....

选E虽然那个 was born in Iraq 有点不太对,但是其他的都相当对称如 experimenting和laying 还有for modern optics and for the notion..

B排,因为他加了SHOULD,XDF老师说的情态动词不能乱加啊

这个题我刚看选了B。

一开始看到 being based on 和 should be based on 觉得都不对（很痛苦，深受新东方之苦），然后确定这不是考点

接着直接过去时选B，再看了一下其他选项，确认是B

今天作了prep2，其中出现了很多跟新东方不一样的东西，虽然作的很辛苦（新东方在作怪），但是只错了一个SC，因为我完全放弃了新东方那一套，认真分析每一个选项，错的哪一个还是因为不敢大胆的打破新东方的枷锁。所以，可以说在某中程度上说，新东方已经过时了。

先声明自己不是N人，仅仅是发表一下自己的观点，因为我也是个SC仅仅看了不到一个月的人（OG的SC只看了两边，又自己总结了一遍而已）。

看过题目和选项之后，第一感觉是B，因为正如3楼所说，过去时而不是过去完成时应该是这里的考点，因为OG里关于过去完成时有着非常清楚的描述，就是一动作在另一动作发生时已完成。而这位科学家的科学成就应该是延续到现在的，所以用一般过去时应该是正确的表述，因此直接排除其他选项。不知道我的看法是否正确。

其实这个题目题干很长，且划线部分也很长，语法结构也比较复杂，确实很难一眼判断出考点和对错。不过我是这样分析的：

1、首先看到有主谓之间同位语，那么就考虑是否是主谓一致的考点。

2、主谓一致的考点和谓语动词时代这两个考点经常是同时出现的，所以连谓语动词时态也一并判断。

3、后面的划线部分中出现and，as well as等词，马上判断是否是3短语平行之类的考点。

其实在判断第二个考点时，已经从上下文的意思中可以很快的发现B为正选。

个人感觉这个题除了题干长，划线部分长之外，选项之间的迷惑性并不是很强。不知道大家是怎样的感觉。

看了2遍OG之后，正打算看BY的语法、LZM的语法和新东方的网络课堂呢，让楼上两位的意见搞的有些惴惴了，貌似新东方的东西会让本来头脑简单的我一下子复杂很多似的。。。

情态动词should在OG的题里确实都是加了以后错误的，不过我感觉OG里仅仅是两种情况：

1、虚拟语气中，前面是require, recommond, mandate后面跟that从句的虚拟语气，这种情况是肯定不能加should的。

2、还有一个例子是流星雨砸住人的一道题，那题里加了should也错了，不过本来是表示一种推测或可能的意思，用了should成了必然的意思了，当然错了。

但是仅仅上面两点我感觉不能武断的说，只要有should的选项就一定错。。。
