想问一下最后那句since the Cafe’s move, three different businesses—a tanning salon, an antique emporium, and a pet–grooming shop—have occupied its former spot，说的是在原来的location上共有三家分占地盘经营着呢？还是说这三家都先后在这块宝地上经营过，只是没经营多久就关门大吉了？？？

1."..made a good business decision.. will soon celebrate its second anniversary there..", we can learn that Cumquat Cafe do better after its moving(it has moved out for about one year);

2. "since the Cafe’s move, three different businesses..", implicit that the location is not good for business as it can be proved from the fact that during the one year, three different biz changed..

thus, from above it can been concluded that the location is not good, three biz cannot maintain even for one year
