有关选项中的IF问题？

FF说在选项中如果IF后面的条件不成立，即在题中并没有给出，那么这个选项一定错。

这个判断依据是什么题都适用的吗？我觉得好像有些题适用，有些又不适用，到底应该怎么辨别什么情况下可以用这条规则呢？

weaken type question can be introduced with new factors that have never been disscussed in the question

conclusion type ones can't be get along with the factoirs that have never been touched in the question
