答案是E，但我觉得没有一个是对的，E相对错的少一点，可是thrust应该是riverbeds的动作吧，那么应该是thrusting吧，不然这里面看起来有两个动词thrust 跟put，但他们又不并列。

选项的结构是since。。。。。。put gold within reach of 。。。对吗？

可是C中putting的逻辑主语是谁？按照题意应该是指erosion, prehistoric glacier movement and volcanic activity,  这里貌似putting与owing并列了，C好像也有问题呀。

是啊，如果putting跟owing并列，逻辑上讲不通啊

想了半天，觉得还是E相对好点

三个并列的东西可以是erosion, prehistoric glacier movement, 以及ancient, gold-bearing riverbeds

其中riverbeds被修饰成了 ancient, gold-bearing riverbeds thrust to the surface by volcanic activity （thrust 是were thrust 去掉were 成为后置修饰成分）

就是说：erosion，glacier movement以及“被火山活动冲挤到地表的河床”这三个东西put gold literally within reach of。。。

虽然没有volcanic activity作为并列看上去更有逻辑性，起码E没有明显的错误吧？

我也觉得e最好, 但是象chnp说的,第三个并列项并不是put gold literally ....的主语.
