为什么选择A而不是D

D 错在时态上面。 would have to be 没必要用完成时，另外也必要用would， 后面的would ..was时态也不对。

A 的用法正确。表示一般性的动作。所以不必用过去时。这种题在OG 和GWD 上面很常见的。

D表示现在仍在dump.A 表示现在已经不再dump 了。
