正确为E。有点迷惑的是选项C，就是多了“have”。为什么不保留助动词呢？

The decisions (those of any chief justice) can not "have" here. Another mistake in C is the use of any, which includes John Marshall himself.

同意关于any应该是any other的说法

我觉得应该与those have done 而不是those have 比较
