还是格式说明理解

大家不要怪小弟重复发言哦：）

昨天我问了关于学习对essay的格式要求有一句：Your name and the essay number should be at the top of each page.

结果我得到了两种答案：

1、zero大哥说这句话的意思是：在每页的页眉里加入这篇essay的字数和我的名字

2、另一位兄弟说这句话的意思是：essay number是第几篇essay，而不是字数，同时也不需要在页眉里面加入名字和第几篇essay的信息，只要在每页顶端写入就可以了。据说只有emory要求将名字等信息写入header里面。

    尽管这是件小事，但很紧急啊，学校对格式的要求我不敢当耳边风啊！

I think it's put to your name and the No. of your essay (but not the number of the words of your essay) at the header.
