个人觉得，首先过去分词在句中或者句末出现时，优先考虑定语的成分。而此处，按照定语就近的原则，被修饰的成分必定是wing-span，而在逻辑上肯定是指Quetzalcoatlus，因此，这样会造成歧义，原来的选项是肯定被排除的。

D不正确，因为it is believed一般不作插入成分。

C我不是很理解，个人觉得是一种无奈之选，因为E中，which指代不明，B中that指代不明，都是硬伤。

但C中it指代就明确了吗？

有人能帮忙解释一下吗？
