这道题一直在A,B里面纠结，我想问一下B错在哪里了？B里面的they不是可以指代 personal computer users 吗？？

我觉得B的错误不在于they的指代有问题，而是这里面的cycle指的是pc的更新换代，B里面cycle像是在说personal computer users的更新换代。
