愚见：

D项意思不同，COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH....., 意思是遵守这些。。。标准的公司。 而原句意思是根据这些标准筛选。

看看我的想法，in accordance with 和according to 其实是有差别的（虽然很细微），两本字典上分别这样解释：

            following or obeying a rule/law/wish/etc:

所以，in accordance with有与。。。保持一致的意思（自己引申理解：是高度符合，按照。。的原来意思）。但原句要表达的是依照，根据，base on的意思（自己引申：是以什么为依据），请体会。
