说答案是C，但是我怎么看怎么都觉得C是可以反驳rank不合理的呀，为什么答案不是A呢，死亡的总数字不代表问题，比例才说明问题啊

本题的问句中有EXCEPT，意思就是其他四项都是provides a good logical ground for hospitals to object…,只有一个不是的。

只要找出这个不是的就行。这类题个人觉得是相对而言比较好判断的。

C选项说，年老的病人和年轻的病人相比，在生相同的病或者做相同的手术时，更不容易活。这个无法作为反驳的基础啊，因为这个现象对大部分医院都是一样的。
