For UCLA and USC, i think you should take GMAT a little earlier than December, because their first round deadline is 11/1.

Will apply for master， in fact.
I ve been working in USA for about 2 years after bachelor's.
Figured it is the time to get back to school again. haha...

Even the application go in couple week before the school started, some schools will still consider it. =)

What matters is how good you are, or how much money you can bring to the school. In other words, the value you will add to the school.
