OG12-30 麻烦解释下~
Robotsatellitesrelay improtant communications and identify weather patterns.Because the satellites can be repaired only in orbie , astronauts are needed to repair them.Without repairs, the satellites would eventually malfunction. Therefore, space flights carrying astronauts must continue.
Witch of the following, if , would most seriously weaken the argument above?
A Satellites falling from orbit because of malfunctions burn up in the atmosphere.
B Although satellites are indispenable in the identification of weather patterns, weather forecasters also make some use of computer projections to identify weather patterns
C The government,responding to public prssure , has decided to cut the budget for space flights and put more money into social welfare programs.
D Repair of satellites requires heavy equipment ,which adds to the amout of fuel needed to life a spaceship carrying astronauts into orbit.
E Tehinical obsolescence of robotsatellites makes repairing them more costly and less practical than sending nes, improved satellites into orbit.

刚开始选择A，觉得既然malfunction 会burn up 卫星，让卫星掉下来，那么派宇航员上去修也没那个必要了，应该是削弱啊~
而E 探讨的是成本的问题，可是题目里面一点也没有关于成本的暗示啊~貌似无关选项~所以排除了，
谁来帮助我~

The stimulus tries to build an air-tight case for its conclusion: space flights to fix robot satellites must continue because there is no alternatives.

E provides another viable alternative which says it is cost effective to send a new one instead of fixing the old broken one. Thus E weakens the argument.

A is out of scope. We are talking about repairing satellites in orbit, not the fate of a falling satelllite into atmosphere. In other words, we do not worry about the safety issues at present. We need to focus on the function of the satellites and how to maintain thereof.
