在申请表中的Representative's Information不太明白是做何用的？看了它的说明（如下），还是没太弄懂。请大家多多指教，非常感谢！！

就是一个你需要来在某种可能的情况下帮助你完成申请的人。例如，和你联系不上时，可以联系这个人。或者这个人可以查询一些申请信息。
