People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best way of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.
In modern society, it is necessary for people to relax after a long period of work. There are various methods to release stress and to have a rest: some people prefer to read fiction books; some tend to spend time with families; others might simply sleep for a whole day. I found that the best way to relax is to spend time in the nature with family because it allows me to be close to the nature, to spend time with my family and to do the exercise.
Sitting too long in the office, I would gradually be depressed and bored. With a pile of documents and paper, I would probably get fed up with my job. Going hiking, walking along the river and boating on the lake with my family allow me to get away from my dull jobs and embrace the beautiful nature. Lying down in the shadow, eating some sandwiches, listening to the water flowing downstream, I totally integrate myself into the magnificent scenery and forget my monotonous job.
Dancing around the fire, sleeping in the tent and exploring the green mountain with family make me feel like in the paradise. I always think I owe my family a lot, because at night I usually stay at my office for extra hours to have my work done and barely spend time with my family. And my families invariably support me and help me to escape from the stress.
Walking some miles in the alleged natural oxygen bar is the best way to do the exercise and build up our bodies. Unlike walking in the low-air-quality city, we inhale unhealthy air. Walking in the nature can recharge me and get energy.
Nature is the place for us to release stress and get recharged ourselves. Whenever I am depressed and desperate at my job, I am eager to driving to the mountain and spending a fabulous night in the nature with my family. And I regard it as the best way to escape stress and difficulties. |
