D的答案正确我知道，可是A为什么不对？不知道是不是我理解的不对？Profit‐making corporations是想做大学这些专利的唯一赞助商，但是这些专利已经被国家赞助过了，所以大学想通过卖专利给这些企业获得资金是不可能的啊。

A选项的意思是对于大学专利感兴趣的公司可能会成为这些大学的独家赞助人，跟这道题的方案也就是大学决定要把专利买给公司去赚钱没什么关系
