of course you have the chance, but let them to find you value, when you join these firms, you need to find out what you could bring to the firms, the deal sources or the capital or just hard working attitude? one of my friend worked for HONY before, as she do not have so many contacts, she need to work supper hard!

yeah, I think VC are better, and could gain entrepreneur experiences there, why not.

totally agree, plus the JP MORGAN, the Asian head is from Booth and JP MORGAN.

hm....not sure if this is too extreme...but mostly agree with what you are trying to say here, heard from a frd in IDG saying similar thing
