[请教]申请MBA 考GRE还是GMAT？

我使用GRE申请的MBA，现在在Duke。我觉得GRE是一个优势。原因是既然商学院开始接受，在理论上不会区别对待。同时他们也希望在开始的时候就吸收好的GRE申请者。他们会用percentage来衡量你的水平。GRE也满足考试上的diversity. Top 15都接受GRE。

GRE作为与GMAT同等考核的指标。随着natural science背景的考生增多，会逐渐提高地位。用人公司对有数理背景的管理人才更青睐推动商学院开始扩大对quantitative背景申请者的招生数量。特别是，是在传统consulting还是finance这两个领域。如果你有数学，统计，物理学背景，再加上top MBA,在同本科文科专业的MBA竞争的时候绝对处在优势地位。

We do not plan to release statistical data regarding the GRE at this time.  In the past we have only allowed applicants to submit a GRE score if they were applying for our joint degree programs or if they received special permission from our Director of Operations.  This the first year that we are allowing the GRE without special permission.  Therefore, we do not have enough relevant data to provide.  lease note that the admissions committee still prefers the GMAT over the GRE.
