Two questions from WY13

第一题

a的earlier in Mayor Delmont’s tenure，我觉得这个in有问题，如果是in，则无法对原文支持

如果是than，我觉得可以接受

另外，c中的the jobs that were lost in the city under Delmont’s leadership是可以视为一个加强的吧

我认为，既然是这个市长在位时创造的，那这些工作机会又被消灭掉，这些Mayor Delmont’s critics complain about the jobs that were lost in the city under Delmont’s leadership.当然就不对咯。对于这个城市总体来说，工作机会还是没有少的嘛，从一个方面是可以算做加强吧

第二题，很有些问题，我也觉得选e不是很好

但如果真是选c，我觉得也不是很妥当，应该是有蚊子，猴子就要抓，而为什么一定要到蚊子最多的时候才会用这种方法呢，顺便说一句，考试时我也会选c
