When it comes to "conclusion" type of question, we know the logic relationship is that A-->B, in which A is the premises and B is the conclusion. So when we try to find the conclusion, we can use if not B --> not A to test.

In this problem, if E is not correct, then the fact stated in the problem had to be incorrect. Therefore, E is the answer.
