题干的意思是说:人们通过过去几年中事情发生的频率和重要性来判断这件事再次发生的可能性,而在搏彩业,彩票的数量和中彩的人数被过多的报道了

所以,选项为:消费者对自己会高估自己中彩的概率

就是这里,你怎么得出“被过多”的报道了。原文并没有说报导的不符合实际情况啊,只是说,最近越来越多的报导出现而已,为什么不可以推出实际情况就是如此?

I think, 'C' is best answer, result from the description of " there have also been more advertisements featuring the winners of such lotteries"

Please help to explain if it is not correct.
