标题: 请教一下essay
楼主小弱，熬essay中

一道contribution的题目，但是应该还要答些contribution以外的personality吗？

我想答以下几点：
工作经验方面
个人特质：例如passion, committment, 之类的

这个是不是最好也写些例子，否则passion类的单凭空话可能不好说服招生官吧？

可以讲自己的经历比如自己很initiative 在项目stuck的时候保持团队的动力push through
自己善于聆听吸纳意见的时候又分享自己的想法
ivey的mba几乎全是case study很强调主动、聆听和分享

Hello,
I think you are right that the question should be both about contribution AND personality. I think though the important thing is that you PROVE what you say with previous examples… so don’t let your answer be just theory, but make it CONCRETE!
