在M主要十字路口能看到的新现象：浪潮班的小贩和乞讨者，以及他们的孩子聚集在指示灯。其实找到句子主干，C就出来了。忽略生词，找句意主干

many of them children, who” 这半句怎么理解呢，many of them children是什么句子构成呢？who 是指children 吗？

A a new phenomena are waves....主谓不一致，并且which include many children and mob cars里面结构不平行，children是名词，mob cars是动词，原句意的意思应该是这些children mob cars
B a new phenomena that mob cars逻辑错误
C 对
D which后面的成分修饰intersections，逻辑错误
E a wave are visible 主谓不一致，并且they的指代有问题，they are a new phenomenon and mob cars也不对称
