答案是c, 可是c为什么要改变原句的时态呢？没有充足的理由表明是将来的动作啊

我只是觉得的A的意思表达得不流畅，前面在说he怎么样，and后突然转向his poetry

而c就更能清楚的表明句子的意思了

我也不明白为什么要选C, A用is unpublished 也许表示没有人帮他出版他的书呢！不一定是他自己不愿意出版。而且c还改变了原句时态。不明白~~

首先A没有明确动作发出者, 是好的. 至于时态, 可以不必执著, 时态变更在GMAT中很普遍.

另外还有并列的意味，并列和逻辑是最重要的两条

同样对A错误原因有疑问。原句and前后应属并列关系，因此此句可以拆分为两句，其中一句即为：

Although he is as gifted as many of his colleagues, his poetry is unpublished.

感觉上面没有任何不符合逻辑的地方呢。

可能是因为c中的主语与主句的主语一致，为了保持前后的一致性吧？

我觉得既然可以选C

那么Although he is as gifted as, if not more gifted than, many of his colleagues, 中的he is 可不可以省略？？

不是说表转折、时间、条件的连词可以直接加形容短语，逻辑主语就是后面的he吗？？

我觉得貌似应该是可以的
