A错了那需要怎样改才对呢？

这里大写的United States President 有什么特殊意义么~？而且选项B还对得不明不白。。。555555

尽管A是错的，但是为什么D也如此可疑？~of 前面能用adj吗~？

改成visible就可以了，独立结构的一个形式。因为Pluto能被看得到用形容词而不是副词修饰。

这个是强调句式，所B 应改成that。这里US President可能也是强调意味吧。

be capable of 是固定搭配。还有一些用be adj. ＋of的形式。注意看看托福高分语法
