逻辑中反对或削弱的都是结论而非前提，A反对的是前提所以错。而B正好是他因。

在题目中，最后的表述是“以前一直运作的东东，现在为何要改变呢“，那么我们就要找到现在和过去不同的地方作为必须改变的原因，只有B是这样的选项。

Quincy反驳说：记录显示,physicians 在训练过程中表现出做出很多好的决定........Quincy暗含一个假设：现在的清况和训练过程中所面临的情况是没有改变。
A 选项是加强了Quincy的反驳。
B正是反驳Quincy的假设。这也是反驳中很常用的一种方式。
