这道题我是通过relationship的用法来做排除的...
首先语义就是说历史上这些在美国的黑人的大学财团通过对学校和非洲国家这种关系上的投资，来将非洲问题和国际商业学习相结合。
首先我不是大神....
然后我讲下我的思路，刚开始看到这5个选项有做定语的有做状语的不好排除，于是我就看划线句子的后半段，
第一句：schools' rich relationships with African nations，很完美的搭配，先放着
B：改变了原句的解构，变成了时间状语从句capitalize修饰了财团，但原句的capitalize是修饰US；一般都是用relationships between......用了of就把学校跟relationships变成从属关系了，事实上原句想要表达的并不是这个意思。
C:schools' and African nations' relationship：改变了原句的意思，好像在说两个relationship,一个是学校的relationship,一个是nations的relationship，不是国家和学校之间的一个relationship
D: the traditionally rich relationships of 同B；定语从句谓语错了
E：用了in,改变了原句的结构，同时后面的错误同C；in capitalize主语变成财团
所以A比较完美

我不是大神，是菜鸟。查了一下这个题，发现两位是不是都没有把正确的题目贴上来，难怪我看晕了，是不是差个逗号。。。顺便说一下，如果没有这个逗号，我觉得题目是错的，不知道我的理解对不对。
下面查了一下加上自己的理解。
A consortium of historically Black colleges in the United States, capitalizing on such schools' traditionally rich relationships with African nations, integrates African concerns into an international business study.
结构：A consortium, 定语从句capitalizing on A's relationships with B, integrates concerns into study.
A. capitalizing on such schools’ traditionally rich relationships with African nations (ving引导定语从句修饰前面的名词词组A consortium of colleges in US；schools' relationships with nations说明了这是两者之间的relationship) 疑问，capitalizing到底是定语从句还是伴随/方式状语？结构上像是定语，含义上像状语(这里做状语难道不应该放在句子最后吗？谁解答一下？)。
B. while capitalizing on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations (while把原句改成了同时发生的伴随状态，感觉应该是改变句意，这里需要确定一下；relationship of A and B，这里平行的是A's relationship和B，而不是A和B之间的relationship )
C. through capitalizing on such schools’ and African nations’ traditionally rich relationships (through后面需要加动词的名词形式吗？谁能解答一下？；schools' and nations' relationships我觉得是A和B各自的relationships而不是他们之间的relationship，否则需要用relationships between A and B)
D. which capitalize on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations (which把从句改成非限定定语错误；capitalize需要是单数；relationship of A和B平行而不是两者之间的relationship)
E. in capitalizing on such schools’ and African nations’ traditionally rich relationship (in doing我觉得在这里不是正确结构，谁解释一下？schools'和nations' relationship还是各自的，而且这里relationship需要加s吧，A's and B's + 复数noun)
我觉得这题还是挺难的，不知道是不是自己水平太差。
